Insurance Sales Specialist

The Insurance Sales Specialist will have a direct reporting line to Manulife Alternative Distribution and will pursue targets as agreed by and between Manulife and Alternative Distribution Sales channels. The Insurance Sales Officer will be entitled to the variable pay as in the approved mechanics. As an Insurance Sales Officer, he/she is responsible for driving and closing the sales for Alternative Distribution and should have a strong business relationship with business partners and internal partners.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Deliver his/her required APE monthly, quarterly and Full Year target/plan.
+ Conduct Manulife product presentations to business partners and its clients.
+ Establish and manage strong relationships with business partners.
+ Oversee all other administrative and servicing related tasks to ensure customerfulfilment.
+ Responsible for meticulously planning and executing sales strategies and clientmeetings.
