Insurance Specialist (M/F)

We are looking for a Insurance Specialist professional for a multinational company in the automotive sector to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Support Insurance procedures and processes.
• Gather and implement KPI’s and metrics related with Insurance performance.
• Provide telephonic support and assistance to Sales Force regarding Insurance products.
• Assist Insurance Manager to design and implement Insurance business products.
• Support IT from business side to test application systems, do analysis and rollout of business in regards Insurance products.
• Interaction with Mediators and Insurance Companies to manage products and processes.
• Support Insurance Manager to find IT solutions to adapt to business needs and elaborate/design as needed.
• Support Insurance Manager to set up and definition of insurance Products;
• Process and manage Reporting procedures.
