About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist with strong knowledge of the U.S. insurance industry, focusing on Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines. This role supports day-to-day agency operations and requires hands-on experience with Applied Epic.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across insurance workflows—from policy administration to client servicing. Candidates with training or mentorship experience are strongly encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow into a Trainer / Process Expert role.
