Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. This is a remote/outsourced/work from job for a US -based dermatology practice. Work days and hours are M-F 8:00 AM-4:00 PM CST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying eligibility and benefits before appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the system, and assisting patients with understanding their coverage. This role is crucial in minimizing billing errors, reducing claim denials, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
