Intake Call Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Ask basic intake questions to understand the reason for the call
• Identify whether the call is
  urgent or non-urgent
  based on provided guidelines
• Route calls, messages, or information to the correct attorney or department
• Take clear and accurate notes for follow-up
• Schedule callbacks when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of all caller information

Requirements

• Must be located in
  the Philippines
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in call handling, customer service, or virtual assistance
• Ability to follow intake scripts and urgency guidelines
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
• Comfortable working overnight U.S. hours
