POSITION TYPE TERM (To March 31, 2027, with possible extension), FULL-TIME

Position Summary:


Under the direction and supervision of the Youth Unit Lead – Youth Program Coordinator, the Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake, screening, and enrollment process while also participating directly in the delivery of program services. The Intake Administrator works directly with youth at risk, program staff, and external agencies to support client needs and promote program success.


Key Activities:

  • Review intake forms and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.

  • Maintain an organized intake workflow to support timely service and program access.

  • Provide youth with clear, welcoming onboarding experiences, including but limited to, program tours, expectations review, and orientation to the home environment.
