Cliniqon is hiring HOME HEALTH INTAKE COORDINATORS

Qualifications:

• A healthcare background is a must
• 2-3 years of experience in Home Health Intake and Scheduling
• Experience in Patient Intake in Home Health Environment is an advantage
• Conversance with Home Health EMR (Kinnser Wellsky, HCHB, Epic, Axxess, etc.)
• Amenable to work during the night
• Willing to start ASAP
