**Key Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential clients in both Spanish and English.
- Conduct initial interviews to identify the legal needs of prospects.
- Accurately record information in the corresponding platforms.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with legal consultants.
- Confirm previously scheduled appointments.
