Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Intake Specialist to efficiently manage the client intake process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience handling client information and documentation accurately to ensure smooth onboarding and case initiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately open and process new client intakes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the signing of contracts with clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to collect and verify necessary information.
• Refer clients to medical providers and coordinate appointments.
• Create and manage cases in the company portal, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
