Cliniqon is hiring HOME HEALTH INTAKE & SCHEDULING COORDINATORS

Qualifications:

• Healthcare background is a must
• 2-3 years of experience in Home Health Intake and Scheduling
• Experience in Patient Intake in Home Health Environment is an advantage
• Conversance with Home Health EMR
• Amenable to work during the night
