Job Title: Intake Specialist - Employment Law
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for prospective employment law clients. This role focuses on client screening, information gathering, and ensuring potential cases are accurately assessed and routed to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
Conduct detailed intake interviews regarding employment law matters (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, retaliation, etc.)
Accurately document client information in the case management system
Assess case eligibility based on firm guidelines and escalate qualified matters to attorneys
