Strong English communication skills and prior U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal experience are required.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Intake & Screening

• Answer initial calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally
• Pre-qualify potential clients based on your law firm's intake criteria
• Collect essential case details and input data into your CRM or case management system
• Set appointments or consultations with attorneys or paralegals

Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing

• Follow up with missed calls, form submissions, or incomplete intakes
