You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, collecting case information, preparing documents, and delivering excellent service. Strong English communication skills and prior U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal experience are required.

Answer initial calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally
Pre-qualify potential clients based on your law firm's intake criteria
