Intake Specialist

We are a fast-growing criminal defence law firm focused primarily on DWI and drug-related driving cases. We are looking for a high-quality Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential new clients and current clients calling the firm.
This role is part client support, part sales, and part case intake. The right person is warm, confident on the phone, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at guiding conversations toward hiring the firm or scheduling a consultation. Many callers are having one of the worst days of their lives, so empathy and professionalism are critical.
This is not a script-reading call center role. You must be comfortable thinking on your feet and adapting to different fact patterns and personalities.
Primary Responsibilities
New Client Intake & Call Handling
