Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) 
 Modality:  Remote 

About the Role  
Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a highly motivated Intake Specialist  to join our team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the firm’s continued growth. 
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in evaluating new cases and guiding individuals through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. 

Key Responsibilities  
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients 
Gather and document key case details accurately
