Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , has prior law firm intake experience , and is comfortable working with Lawmatics or similar legal CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct client intake consultations
• Sign up new clients accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Enter and manage lead information in Lawmatics
• Provide professional, empathetic, and clear communication to potential clients

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (neutral / clear accent preferred)
