Job Purpose
The Senior Executive, Integrated/High-Rise Development provides operational and administrative support for specific vertical developments. This role ensures that assigned development/s and vertical phasing documentation is organised and statutory/strata filings are accurately submitted to ensure readiness for handover to the Project Division for construction.
Job Accountabilities
Strategic Planning, Master Feasibility & Financial Control
Feasibility Data Support: Assist in compiling data for Master Feasibility Studies and monitoring development cash flow projections for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
Programme Monitoring Support: Monitor the daily schedule of the vertical development programme for assigned development/s and vertical phasing to ensure milestones are met.
