Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist with security clearance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medior Logistics Management & Integrated Logistic Support specialist to provide critical support to the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) Land/Air Business Unit. In this role, you will be the central point for coordinating and managing end-to-end logistics, procurement, and sustainment activities for key mission portfolios. You will act as a strategic partner, bridging gaps between stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and ensuring the effective delivery of services in support of NATO operations.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Financial Tracking:
  
  
  • Coordinate, monitor, and track all procurement requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using NATO tools (EBA, SharePoint, Service Now).
  
  
  • Manage and report on related Capital Expenditure budgets.
