Integrated Management System Specialist

The IMS Specialist will report to the Global IMS Lead and will be responsible for supporting the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of SICPA’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and related activities.

ROLE

• Coordinate SICPA’s IMS activities across more than 20 sites worldwide.
• Maintain and control process mapping and system documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Provide support and training to business process owners and IMS officers on ISO standards and the SICPA Group Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, ISO 27001, and ot...
