Integrated Recovery Coordinator – Full time | Permanent – Monday-Friday (no weekends or public holidays). Start date: Monday 31 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, whānau, providers, and employers.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and occasional in‑person meetings.
• Develop, manage, and review personalised rehabilitation plans.
• Coordinate services and supports that enable meaningful progress.
• Support clients through challenges with empathy, clarity, and consistency.
