Integrated Systems and Data Strategist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-agency, tech-savvy operator to design, implement, and

scale our ERP, data, and AI-driven operating ecosystem end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection

of business strategy, operations, and technology—ensuring every workflow (sales to delivery to

accounting) is integrated, automated, and decision-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

a) ERP & Systems Architecture

- Design and implement a fully integrated ERP ecosystem across CRM, project management,

accounting, and HR systems.

- Ensure seamless, end-to-end data flow without manual intervention.

b) Business Process Transformation

- Map and redesign workflows across sales, execution, billing, and collections

- Eliminate inefficiencies and embed SOPs into systems for scale
