Integration & Production Engineer (Linux)

We are looking for a talented Integration & Production Engineer to join the IT subsidiary of a major European logistics group, expanding its team in Lisbon. This strategic role within the Infrastructure division ensures smooth operations of internal and managed production systems, supports IT projects, and drives continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability and operational maintenance of production environments (internal and outsourced).
• Handle Level 1 & 2 incidents and service requests: diagnostics, resolution, and escalation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers on incident management, quality control, and technical changes.
• Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
• Participate in infrastructure, system, and middleware evolution projects.
