Integration Specialist CPI

Role description:

implementation of the Kraken solution.

This role has direct impact of reputation in front of customer, as we are heavily involved in developing integration between SAP, Kraken & few other systems via CPI/AEM suite.

Key responsibilities:

• An integration specialist with experience in several platforms and toolsets able to understand existing integrations and transition these to work effectively with the Kraken platform and SAP CPI.

• Support stakeholder management expectations for immediate peers and related connections.

• Produce technical specifications and diagrams that document existing systems nd required integration into Kraken system.

• Work with Kraken to identify and resolve any issues related to integration.
