Integration Specialist

Tend is growing its national network of medical centres and is looking for an Integration Specialist to support and lead the successful integration of newly acquired clinics. You must be able to travel across New Zealand independently, including on short notice.

This is a specialist operational role suited to someone with strong foundations in programme delivery, change support and stakeholder coordination. You’ll act as the central point of contact for clinic integrations, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement post‑integration.
