Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Constantly optimize the performance and efficiency of our processes in line with the growth of production volumes;
Review the organization of workstations, assembly methods, and production sequences;
Conduct economic cost reduction analyses to select the best opportunities;
Play a pivotal role and be the link between cost reduction projects and production reality;
Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel;
Facilitate continuous improvement activities in the form of Kaizen;
Recommend changes and organize their implementation;
Produce production reports;
Conduct time and motion studies to bring about the best process improvements;
Map production processes to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize production output;
Facilitate the implementation of performance indicators;
Take charge of the production transfer for large-scale man...
