Job Description

We are currently seeking an Intellectual Property Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.
Responsibilities may include: 
Drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts involving intellectual property, including licenses, assignments, collaborations, settlements, confidentiality agreements, and relevant commercial contracts.

Advising on intellectual property related elements of corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating related documentation.

Providing support on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters across a variety of sectors, which may include licensing, brand protection, copyrights, trademarks and patents. 

Supporting product & business development by mitigating third-party IP risks and defining IP strategies aligned with market goals.
