1+ Year - Life Sciences Patent Litigation Associate - New York

Our client is a highly-regarded Am law 200 firm, seeking a life science litigator with at least one year of experience for its highly-ranked patent litigation practice in New York. The salary for this position is between $225,000 - $390,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in patent litigation involving biotech cases.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, answers ad counterclaims.
• Experience with document discovery and trial prep.
• Ph.D. in a biological science (molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, pharmacology, immunology, or related field).
• Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) or BPCIA (biosimilar) litigation and/or PTAB experience in IPR/PGR proceedings is preferred.
• Industry experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors is preferred.
