The Role

Our client is a renowned Melbourne firm, with a collegial group of some twelve Partners practising across a broad range of commercial matters and a particular expertise in the manufacturing, hotels & leisure. and logistics sectors.

They are seeking an experienced IP lawyer to assume management of their busy IP practice. The ideal candidate is at Partner or Special Counsel level and will bring a book of clients to add their established practice. Experience across branding, information technology, e-commerce and general commercial confidentiality will be highly-regarded.
