Job Description

Professional services firm based in Dublin 6 are seeking an experienced Administrator to work within their Intellectual Property Patens department. The ideal candidate will work within a team of 4 IP assistants supporting the Attorneys .This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately.


  • Superb location located near the Charlemont Luas Stop.

  • Permanent

  • Hybrid working option (2 days on site requirement per week)

  • Hours of work are flexible between 8-6pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hour working week

  • Flexi-time on offer – gain extra annual leave every month

    • The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, and ideally 3 years’ experience in an IP/Trademark administrative role where you would have completed the duties below.
