Our legal client based in Bellville is seeking an experienced and highly organized Intellectual Property (IP) Secretary with strong background in trademarks to join their dynamic team
Salary: R28 000 CTC per month, based on experience

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience in trademark administration


• Strong knowledge of trademark law and procedures


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills


• Manage the renewal process for registered trademarks


• Managing trademark portfolios and maintaining accurate records of clients trademark portfolios


• Tracking important deadlines and applications


• Preparing and filing trademark applications


• Perform trademark searches


• Ensure compliance with trademark regulations and IP office rules
