Intelligent Automation and Operational Effectiveness Manager

**The Intelligent Automation and Operational Effectiveness Manager** is responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI agents and automation solutions leveraging M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other enterprise AI tools available at IQVIA. This role operates across different business, operational and technical areas, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation and delivering impactful AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
