Intensive Case Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for two Intensive Case Managers to join our team! Reporting to the Program Manager, Outreach Services, as part of the Intensive Housing Program in Peel, the Intensive Case Manager will provide housing support and services to persons who are chronically or episodically homeless in Peel Region, who have received a portable housing subsidy. Status: Permanent full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. These are permanent shifts of 11am‑7pm. Salary: $62,425.03‑$73,441.21 annually (candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary). Location: 60 West Drive, Brampton office. This position will include working shifts at Motel 6. Staff are required to have on‑site and/or community presence as per program and client needs.
