   Role Purpose  
 Auditor is responsible to perform the audits for assigned vendors and is responsible to generate the improvement ideas for process, production and agents.
 
   Key Role Deliverables  
 The candidate will perform the audits for different languages.
 Auditor to take participate in internal/external calibration and ATA discussions.
 Auditor to generate the findings/recommendations based on performed audits to improve the agent/vendor performance.
 Lead the client discussion for the respective LOB to discuss the findings & ideas.
 
   Work Experience (  Mandatory)  
 1 year of experience in working as a quality analyst
 Must have knowledge about 7 QC tools
 Feedback techniques – Written & Verbal
