Intercompany Accountant

The Intercompany Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate intercompany accounting, supporting close processes, and monitoring balance sheet accuracy across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple entities for intercompany accounting.
• Prepare preliminary and final intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Post intercompany/interdivisional journal entries on both sides for cross‑company enabled locations, or to a single location when cross‑company is not enabled.
• Prepare payments and manage intercompany collections.
• Investigate unreconciled intercompany activity and disputes between counterparties.
• Perform data balancing activities.
