Intercompany Payments Analyst

Your Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor and intercompany invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile accounts regularly to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Prepare clear financial reports and support data analysis.
• Provide excellent service to internal teams and external vendors.
• Support month-end closing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and monitor transactions.
• Create and monitor direct transfer payments (DTP).
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects assigned by management.
