**Intercompany Process Transformation Manager**

The IC Process Transformation Manager plays a critical role in driving process excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the shared services organization. This role supports the development, implementation, and optimization of IC processes, working closely with global process experts, leads, and business stakeholders.

A key focus is to ensure alignment with global standards, facilitate the transition to future-state service models, and contribute to major ERP transformation initiatives, such as SAP S/4HANA.
