Job Description
Make a difference in community support as an Interdisciplinary Criminologist. Focus on assessing psychosocial needs, connecting individuals to resources, and implementing effective treatment plans.
Your role will entail evaluating the psychosocial needs of individuals and their contexts, guiding them to the right services, and actively participating in interdisciplinary interventions. You will also ensure continuity of care and contribute to ongoing quality improvements at the activity center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate psychosocial needs of clients
• Direct individuals to suitable resources
• Implement tailored treatment plans for clients
• Contribute to multidisciplinary interventions
• Ensure continuous improvement of service quality
Requirements:
• Bilingual (French and English), proficiency in Inuktitut is beneficial
• Driver’s license necessary for travel
• At least 2 years in the health ...
