We are seeking a detail‑oriented Interface Operation Support Analyst to manage daily system integrations between e‑HR and multiple interfacing systems. This role ensures smooth data flows, timely error resolution, and effective stakeholder coordination across concurrent interface tracks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all incoming and outgoing system interfaces from OSIT/WOG systems, including external projects, eServices, and cloud applications.
Provide daily operations support: batch job monitoring, error resolution, and interface health checks.
Analyse and profile data discrepancies using SAP queries, SQL, and Microsoft Office tools.
Support CR development and deployment (requirements gathering, UAT).
Coordinate with data owners and stakeholders to resolve HR data issues.
Monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface errors.
