The business is at an inflection point scaling rapidly and transitioning from a digitally-nate model into omnichannel retail. They are now building out their technology function and need a senior leader to come in and own this. /p h3 THE CHALLENGE /h3 p The business has outgrown its current technology setup and needs someone to come in, take stock, and build the foundations for the next stage of growth. There is meaningful work to do across ERP, ecommerce infrastructure, data, governance, and omnichannel retail systems.
