Interim, Complexity and Intervention Teacher

The successful candidate

will be a collaborative person with proficiency in the use of inclusive practices to support Complex student needs and have an understanding of assessment for learning. The responsibilities include: Providing both differentiated and modified instruction, based on mandated curriculum, to promote high quality student-centered teaching and learning to meet a variety of student needs in line with Individual Student Goals and Individual Program Plan requirements; Designing and preparing lessons based on K-6 curriculum and following a variety of methodology (e.g. small group, whole group, co-teaching, 1-on-1 etc.) in teaching and instructing students to facilitate inclusive educational practices to maximize educational opportunities for all students; Plan for and supervise assigned Educational Assistants; Collect, analyze and interpret data (e.g Functional behavioural Assessment Data) to guide programming decisions for individual students, schoo...
