In accordance with the OECTA Collective Agreement, the Board shall identify the three (3) most senior applicants to the position who hold the required qualifications for the position, to be interviewed. If no qualified occasional teacher applies, or if all qualified applicants decline the interview, the Board shall consider external qualified applicants who are not on the occasional teacher roster.
