  Summary 
  A California healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director of Cardiovascular Services!  
  The Position 
 The Interim Director of Cardiovascular Services will provide visible leadership throughout the department while overseeing day-to-day operations. 
 The Interim Director will assist with both clinical and administrative departmental initiatives including financial planning, materials, human resource management, and the direction/coordination of future equipment replacement initiatives. 
 This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department. 
 Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 
  Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
