We’re looking for an Interim Head of Legal (Property) to join our client, a leading property investment and development group, to support them for at least 6 months. This is a critical role providing senior legal leadership during a period of transition, supporting a substantial, residential-led portfolio.



This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property lawyer who enjoys combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Management Team, you will lead across legal, compliance, and governance matters, ensuring continuity and momentum across the business.



Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the senior legal advisor on property and commercial matters
