Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit an Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering on an initial 6m contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate leadership across teams
• Assess current capability, structure and technical performance
• Drive improvements in OEE, yield, scrap reduction and productivity

Qualifications

• Proven Head of Manufacturing Engineering / Head of Engineering background
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Track record of turnaround / transformation
• Comfortable operating at board level
• Immediately available or short notice
