We’re looking for an Interim IT Operations Support Resource to support a large-scale laptop deployment project across the region. If you have hands‑on IT support experience, enjoy working in fast‑paced environments, and feel confident supporting users in English and Spanish, this opportunity is for you.

Temporary Assignment – 3 months

Responsibilities

• Prepare, image, and configure laptops for deployment.
• Assist in organizing and executing deployment events, including equipment handover.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance during user setup.
• Troubleshoot first‑level hardware and software issues related to deployment.
• Maintain deployment records, tracking logs, and user acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure adherence to deployment standards.
• Follow daily plans and schedules defined by the project lead.
