Interim Leveraged Finance Lawyer (FULLY REMOTE)- £155k-£165k- Investment Bank

We are looking for an experienced leveraged finance for a 12 month maternity cover at an investment bank.

Key requirements include:

• Drafting and Negotiation: Drafting complex loan agreements, credit facilities, and intercreditor agreements.
• Closing Transactions: Managing the execution, signing, and registration of financing documents to close deals.
• Restructuring and Refinancing: Assisting with refinancing existing debt, recapitalizations
• Negotiating commitment documents and grids , as well as long form documentation. *essential

Fully remote available but we encourage at least one day in the office for general rapport. Good hours (9-6pm)
