Job Description
A company manufacturing personal care products is looking for an Interim Operations Manager to join their team for a 12-month period. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Lead Operations staff. Ensure smooth day-to-day production flow, meeting efficiency and production targets and standards. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs. Ensure GMP / ISO22716 compliance.
Key Requirements: Relevant qualification with at least 5 years' experience managing staff and resources in a complex and pressurized FMCG/Pharma/Food manufacturing environment.
