  Summary 
  Interim OR Manager Needed in Arizona Healthcare System 
  The Position 
 An Interim OR Manager is needed to oversee operations for eleven operating rooms in a Level I trauma center.
 This role will report directly to the Director of Surgical Services and work alongside another manager, with oversight of approximately 255 FTEs.
 The position will focus on assisting with full-time staffing, collaborating with travelers, building a positive culture within the department, and identifying efficiencies and process improvements while sustaining quality initiatives.
 They need a collaborative and positive leader with experience in staffing and identifying efficiencies.
 Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
  Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
 RN license required.
 CNOR is preferred but not necessary.
