YOUR MISSION

• Develop and execute tailored change management for a regional SAP S/4 HANA rollout


• Assess stakeholder readiness, identify barriers, and plan targeted interventions based on the ADKAR model


• Lead end-to-end change activities: communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management throughout the SAP implementation project lifecycle


• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to align change management with solution design and deployment


• Deliver workshops and training to build SAP knowledge and drive adoption from both a technical and process perspective


• Track adoption metrics, monitor reinforcement, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable change
