Interim Prime Brokerage Lawyer- £175k-£195k- Investment Bank

We are looking for a senior solicitor with demonstrable experience in prime brokerage (cash and synthetic), securities lending and equity swaps to assist with a 12 month maternity cover. March 2026 start.

Key essentials:

• Experience from another top-tier investment bank or magic circle law firm desirable.

Daily duties:

• Advising the Prime Finance business on day to day queries (including licencing, UCITS, AIFMD, UMR queries, guarantees)
• Providing legal support to the negotiation teams on client requests for bespoke terms.
• Negotiating security agreements and account control agreements, particularly in Ireland, Luxembourg and the UK.
• Negotiating margin lock-up agreements.
• Maintaining and updating netting and enforceability opinions supporting prime brokerage agreements.
